Este gasoducto de 27 kil\u00f3metros (17 millas) en el condado de Do\u00f1a Ana suministrar\u00eda gas a una nueva central el\u00e9ctrica altamente contaminante para el centro de datos propuesto como &quot;Proyecto J\u00fapiter&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Las organizaciones argumentan que Transwestern no puede proceder con un certificado general de la FERC, que es esencialmente un permiso que aprueba autom\u00e1ticamente proyectos y reparaciones menores; en cambio, la FERC debe realizar una revisi\u00f3n completa del proyecto, tal como lo exige la secci\u00f3n 7 de la Ley Nacional del Gas.
