Renunciar\u00e1 a la junta directiva de WELC. Lamentamos perderlo, pero nos complace que el Departamento del Interior y el pueblo estadounidense se beneficien de sus antecedentes y experiencia en la protecci\u00f3n de los invaluables recursos h\u00eddricos, las comunidades y las tierras p\u00fablicas del Oeste.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDaniel fue mi alumno en la facultad de derecho.
