Adem\u00e1s, la coalici\u00f3n acusa que para esta venta de arrendamiento, el proceso inadecuado de participaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica de la Oficina est\u00e1 muy lejos del &quot;trato justo y la participaci\u00f3n significativa&quot; que exige la justicia ambiental, una consideraci\u00f3n importante porque estos arrendamientos impactan la regi\u00f3n del Gran Chaco y las comunidades Din\u00e9. de Torre\u00f3n y Ojo Encino.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsta venta de locaci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 un impacto directo en las comunidades Din\u00e9 de Ojo Encino, Torre\u00f3n y otras\u201d, dijo <strong>Wendy Atcitty con Din\u00e9 CARE<\/strong> \u201cDentro de los casi 41,000 acres de parcelas de venta en arrendamiento hay de cuatro a cinco pozos municipales que proporcionan agua a Ojo Encino, Torre\u00f3n, Pueblo Pintado y White Horse Lake. Tiene que parar.<\/p>\n<p>No s\u00f3lo fue la participaci\u00f3n inadecuada de la Mesa <em>proceso<\/em> ilegal y una afrenta a la justicia ambiental, la agencia tampoco analiz\u00f3 detenidamente la justicia ambiental <em>impactos<\/em>. La Oficina tampoco analiz\u00f3 adecuadamente los efectos de la perforaci\u00f3n de petr\u00f3leo y gas en la salud de los residentes cercanos.
