Este enero, anticipando otra denegaci\u00f3n de permiso, Jordan Cove LNG retir\u00f3 su solicitud de Remoci\u00f3n y Relleno del Departamento de Tierras Estatales de Oreg\u00f3n (DSL) . Justo anoche, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oregon.gov\/lcd\/OCMP\/FCDocuments\/FINAL-CZMA-OBJECTION_JCEP-DECISION_2.19.2020.pdf\">el Departamento de Conservaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo de Tierras (DLCD) neg\u00f3 la Ley de Manejo de Zonas Costeras<\/a> permiso para Jordan Cove. DLCD afirm\u00f3 que el proyecto Jordan Cove LNG no puede avanzar sin los permisos estatales cr\u00edticos, incluso si la FERC aprueba Jordan Cove LNG.<\/p>\n<p>Jordan Cove LNG a\u00fan no ha vuelto a solicitar un permiso de la ley de agua limpia DEQ.
