Fue as\u00ed de f\u00e1cil.<\/p>\n<p>En el condado de Ravalli, por ejemplo, entre 2005 y 2015 se aprobaron 145 subdivisiones, con un total de 2327 lotes. Solo tres subdivisiones usaban sistemas de agua comunitarios; la mayor\u00eda de los desarrolladores eligieron la ruta barata y f\u00e1cil de usar m\u00faltiples pozos no conectados. La regla incluso permiti\u00f3 grandes extracciones de agua en cuencas que estaban &quot;cerradas&quot; por ley, donde no hay suficiente agua para todos en primer lugar.<\/p>\n<p>Esta situaci\u00f3n frustr\u00f3 a los residentes existentes y cre\u00f3 conflicto. El cambio clim\u00e1tico requiere una administraci\u00f3n cuidadosa del agua, especialmente en el \u00e1rido oeste. En las \u00e1reas monta\u00f1osas del oeste, se espera que el cambio clim\u00e1tico conduzca a una menor capa de nieve y menores caudales de corrientes de verano, lo que generar\u00e1 una mayor competencia por menos agua.
