Podemos hacerlo mucho mejor que esto, y debemos hacerlo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\">Los RMP aumentar\u00edan los niveles de tala en un 37 por ciento, lo que podr\u00eda aumentar las emisiones de carbono y hacer que los bosques sean menos resistentes al cambio clim\u00e1tico y otras perturbaciones. Adem\u00e1s, los RMP no reconocen c\u00f3mo los bosques sanos traen <a href=\"https:\/\/outdoorindustry.org\/images\/ore_reports\/OR-oregon-outdoorrecreationeconomy-oia.pdf\"><span class=\"s1\">beneficios economicos para el estado<\/span><\/a>, como la industria de recreaci\u00f3n al aire libre anual de $12.800 millones de Oreg\u00f3n, que respalda 141.000 puestos de trabajo y $955 millones en ingresos fiscales estatales y locales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\">Las organizaciones pesqueras est\u00e1n muy preocupadas de que la reducci\u00f3n en la protecci\u00f3n de los bosques junto a los arroyos pueda empujar a especies en peligro como el salm\u00f3n y la trucha arco\u00edris hacia la extinci\u00f3n. En el sur de Oreg\u00f3n, el plan BLM eliminar\u00eda el \u00c1rea de gesti\u00f3n adaptativa de Applegate que ha permitido a los miembros de la comunidad desempe\u00f1ar un papel activo en las decisiones de gesti\u00f3n de tierras locales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\">El plan BLM toma atajos cient\u00edfica y legalmente. Causar\u00eda da\u00f1os significativos al grupo demandante, incluyendo:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li8\">Eliminar las provisiones s\u00f3lidas de calidad del agua y h\u00e1bitat del Plan Forestal del Noroeste, reduciendo a la mitad o m\u00e1s las zonas de amortiguamiento de no tala junto a los arroyos (una p\u00e9rdida de 300,000 acres de reservas junto a los arroyos). Estas reducciones amenazan a los peces nativos silvestres, la calidad del agua, la vida silvestre terrestre y las oportunidades recreativas acu\u00e1ticas.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li8\">Introducir lagunas que aumentar\u00edan la tala en bosques m\u00e1s antiguos, denominadas reservas de sucesi\u00f3n tard\u00eda, y eliminar\u00edan los requisitos de estudio para la vida silvestre sensible que depende del h\u00e1bitat del bosque antiguo para prosperar.
