Permiso general de miner\u00eda de dragado de succi\u00f3n ESA Challenge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Estado de Oreg\u00f3n emiti\u00f3 recientemente un permiso general bajo la Ley de Agua Limpia para autorizar las operaciones de miner\u00eda de aluvi\u00f3n mediante dragado de succi\u00f3n en los arroyos de todo Oreg\u00f3n. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Las dragas de succi\u00f3n son altas<span style=\"font: 12.0px 'Academy Engraved LET';\">-<\/span>bombas de agua a presi\u00f3n que extraen material del lecho del r\u00edo a trav\u00e9s de una manguera y lo pasan por una compuerta para separar el oro y luego descargan el material extra\u00eddo de nuevo en el arroyo. Las excavaciones pueden llegar hasta el lecho rocoso. El dragado afecta los sitios de desove del salm\u00f3n y la calidad del agua, lo que, a su vez, afecta la capacidad del salm\u00f3n para alimentarse y desovar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Recientemente asistimos en un caso en un tribunal estatal de Oreg\u00f3n que impugnaba ciertas disposiciones del permiso general.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Victoria!
